In one-on-one counseling sessions you’ll receive meditation teachings customized to your life to help you develop a daily practice. During your consultation, we will uncover what you need to best accommodate your mind and lifestyle. You can learn how to meditate, discover different meditation techniques, deepen your understanding of these teachings and create a plan to achieve a consistent and sustainable meditation practice.

During a session, Heather will work with you to activate your energy centers by placing attention and intention on the location of each of your energy centers, and by using the vibrational frequency to increase your flow of energy. Placing charged healing crystals on your chakras to facilitate healing and alleviate emotional stress. Also, using essential oils to balance body, mind and spirit. Put simply, this ancient practice leads to deep purification, transformation, and rejuvenation.
